We brought our sweet Indie puppy to this doctor, hoping he’d be treated with care and compassion. Instead, we were met with cold indifference. From the moment we walked in, it was clear they didn’t care about our little one because he’s not some expensive, pure-breed dog. They are more interested in how much money they can make from fancy breeds than in actually helping any animal. Our pup’s health was at risk because of their careless attitude. If you’re someone who truly loves your pet, please don’t take them here. This clinic will only break your trust and put your beloved companion’s life in danger especially if you have an Indie buddy. We lost ours; but anyone reading, please don’t take your pet here if you want real care/treatment. They only see animals as a way to make money, not as lives to be cared for.

Bathing service is the only decent thing here, because the admission staff is honestly a disaster. Last time they overcharged us by ₹1500 and still acted like we were the problem. Today again, they charged ₹950 for something that was ₹800, and the moment you question them, they start getting irritated and shouting. They even tried charging another customer ₹50 extra and again behaved arrogantly when he asked. The staff has zero professionalism, zero manners, and zero respect for customers.

WORST CLINIC.I visited this clinic for a UTI checkup for my pet, but the experience was disappointing. The doctor provided incorrect and misleading information, which unnecessarily scared me and could have put my pet’s health at risk. Although it was a routine UTI consultation, the clinic charged a very high amount without giving proper diagnosis or clear guidance. This review is not about money, but about the lack of professionalism and responsibility. Additionally, the lady at the reception was very disrespectful and unhelpful, which made the overall experience even worse. Pet owners expect care, accuracy, and respectful behavior — unfortunately, this clinic failed on all three.

The doctor provided incorrect and misleading information regarding my pet’s urinary condition, which caused unnecessary fear and stress and could have put my pet’s life at serious risk. Basic UTI concerns were presented in an alarming and inaccurate way instead of being explained calmly and professionally. Despite this being a routine UTI consultation, the clinic charged a very high amount. This review is not about the cost, but about the fact that proper diagnosis, clarity, and after-consultation guidance were not provided even after charging such fees. Pet health requires accuracy, transparency, and ethical responsibility. Misinformation during a UTI case can lead to wrong treatment and serious complications, and I strongly feel the situation was handled unprofessionally. I hope the clinic improves its medical assessment and communication so that other pet owners do not face similar stress or risk.

One of the best Pets Care Hospital in Western Maharashtra (been to many in Mumbai, Pune and Nashik). Dr. Chaudhary is extremely polite, considerate and carries that smile throughout the interaction. Also had a chance to interact with his team - which also consists of his wife - Jahanvi ma'am, same energy, same smile and politeness althrough Not only did you help cure our pets (we also kept pets at his farm for a month's time) but made us believe in humanity with the service you provide People like you make us believe humanity still exists and truly make this world a better place.
