Review regarding kennel. Whatever is shown in the photos and video and the reality is far away from each other .if you visit the kennel you can see that the swimming pool has not been cleaned for many months. The place stinks but the most disturbing thing is that they don't care about your pets as they portrait or tell you .My personal experience is after keeping my dog in this kennel for 10 days I got a call on the 5th day that she ran away and they were unable to trace her. In many telephonic conversation I was constantly told that we are trying very hard and almost 4 people are looking out for her but are unable to trace her. After coming on 10th day to the city I was able to find my dog in the surrounding village area within 30 minutes and the most Ironic thing is it was just at 2 minutes distance from the kennel that itself clear everything ,the owner was good enough to take all the responsibility for the mishap and also refunded our entire sum back without asking it from our side.

I bought a Persian Cat (Male) and extremely satisfied with the quality and services. This is one of the best shop in town for pets and supplies. All the services are on time and with no stress atol. The have the best breeds with heavy bone and pure quality pets. The owners here very polite and helpful in any regards always. Thank you Royal Pets for adding me to your pet family.❤️
We were assured that the puppy will be checked with vet and will be absolutely fit and will be provided with a chart of his feed.. after buying the puppy and coming to home we found tick on the body , the food chart given to us was up to the standards, it was dahi and chas.? The puppy stopped eating in just 2..3 days.. and had to take him to a vet doctor. I request please be more sincere. Not satisfied with the service for sure..
I recently bought a beautiful ShihTzu girl puppy from Royal Pet Nashik, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The puppy is healthy, active, and absolutely adorable. You can clearly see that she was well cared for and properly maintained before coming home with us. The staff was very supportive and guided me through everything — from feeding instructions to basic care tips. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident about bringing my new furry family member home.
