I am writing this because I do not want any other pet parent to suffer what we are going through. I took my 80 day old kitten to “happy pets “,Savarkar Nagar where DR. DEVIKA PURI attended him he had only 2 to 3 episodes of vomiting In my experience .the consultation was extremely rushed ,she looked so confused While treating him.His weight was not checked before starting the treatment.and he was immediately given two injections and a syrup .whe i asked her to check weight then she checked.After coming home my kittens condition becomes Drastically worse . Soon after the syrup he developed severe lose motions and his health kept declining. When I checked the medicines and injections, later I found information suggesting that some of them are not commonly recommended for very young kittens and not advisable to any kitten. Which can be overdose and dehydration which can cause a death this information increased my doubts about the treatment was given Unfortunately despite trying everything immediate second opinion also we tried everything possible immediately but afterwards my kitten passed away. This loss has shattered our family. for us it feels like losing a family member such a sudden loss .Besed on my experience I feel the treatment given by DR.DEVIKA PURI was in appropriate for my kittens age and weight and I believe it directly contributed to his condition worsening .When I asked her why did you given him that injection she said ,it's okay be calm It happens. I was shocked because of this we are now filing a formal complaint and initiating legal action against HAPPY PETS, and DEVIKA PURI .we want accountability so no other family has to face this kind of pain. I strongly request all pet parent to be extremely careful before choosing Worst pets clinic HAPPY PETS,SAWARKAR NAGAR.DEVIKA PURI. one wrong treatment can take away a life that cannot be replaced.we lost our RUMI.
