Very disappointing experience. The staff is rude and shows no concern for regular customers. Customer service skills are extremely poor. The quality of work is not up to the mark considering the price charged. Shockingly, the pricing is higher than in metro cities, but the service and output do not justify the cost at all. I have heard this from many of my pet owner friends.

The staff is very helpful and they treated my pet very carefully and with kindness. The prices are on the higher side though.

I went to this store for the first time and was so amazed by the hospitality of the staff here. The girl employee was so active and attentive and she greeted us with a smile on her face which literally made me feel good and welcomed. This store offers a variety of treats , food , clothing , & baked goodies for your fur babies. The staff is so supportive and will help you find the right treat and food for your pups and dogs I would definitely visit here again as This place has now become my favourite place to shop for my puppy.

I had a very bad experience at the Justdogs store. Their prices are much higher than the market, and shockingly, the same products are available on Amazon at a significantly cheaper price. When I questioned this, the staff was unhelpful and rude instead of being professional. What upset me the most was that they promised a certain price and offer a day before, but when I visited the store again, they completely disagreed and refused to honor what they had already committed to. This shows a lack of honesty and poor customer ethics. For a pet store, trust and transparency are extremely important, and Justdogs failed badly on both. With overpriced products, misleading promises, and unpleasant staff behavior, I would strongly recommend others to compare prices online before buying here. Personally, I will never visit this store again.
