We bought a pup from him ..the owner is rude and extremely ignorant to queries !!! We were looted for toys food and price of the pup ! Never visiting again

Best service in town!! Owner is so humble, she takes care of my female pet like her own pet. My pet is attached with her and never hesitates while grooming. I highly recommend this place to all pet parents ❤️ I stay in Dubai and she still gives me all the updates about my pets well being. Pet friendly place 10/10.. Meet my Jerry and she loves this place

Pettazoo is my go-to store.. they have such a good service with everything especially grooming.. they even take good care of animals while hosteling so it's a 5 start for my doggie simboo

The owner is a one sweet lady. I have 3 dogs and I always choose Petazoo as their hostel. They have always been able to take care of any special request and have handled my babies as their own. Highly recommend.

Extremely unhygienic, there were three pets sitting there in there own pee puddle. My puppy was taken upstairs for grooming where we not allowed, but she tied him so loose that he got free and started running, at this point when I ran up, while the groomer girl came down to cater the other customer, the place was filthy, floor covered with the hair of other dogs and hopeless dirt. Not recommended at all! All this while these other dogs are sitting here in scorching heat.
