There's a flight of staircase at the ENTRANCE itself. And these people call themselves as wheelchair accessible hotel. Absolutely rubbish
Rooms are decent but lack hygiene. Breakfast is not good. rats in breakfast area. Rooms are not worth the cost per night they are charging
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I found the conditions to be very unhygienic and dirty, with poor service throughout. Specifically, the kitchen and staff were unhinged, and there were cockroaches in my room. This stay was a complete waste of money and, at times, felt almost harassing. I would not recommend Anyone to stay here.
It was good earlier — we used to visit there every month. But yesterday, when my partner went to book a room, they said no rooms were available. And when I called them, they said rooms would be available in 30 minutes. What is this, bro? Gender partiality? Why? When I went to the reception, me and my partner pretended that we didn’t know each other. The reception guy was ready to give me a room. I had almost completed 90% of the process. He said, “Within 10 minutes you can get the room; it’s just being cleaned.” But when my partner went to the reception for payment, they took almost 50 minutes to allocate the room. Why this behaviour? Why this partiality?
I do not understand how a hotel can charge upwards of 2000 rupees and fails to maintain basic hygiene like changing bedding covers between guests. Not a well maintained property. Breakfast was also disappointing.
