Room is too small.. and Bed also… booked room includes breakfast… but at the time of breakfast no buffet or ready to eat breakfast is there.. room lacks cleanliness also towels.. totally disappointed..

This has to be one of the worst hotels on the planet. We booked 18 rooms for an event, and when one of our guests felt sick with low BP, these people didn’t even offer a basic glass of water without demanding money. That’s how heartless the place is. Getting the room cleaned feels like a punishment. You have to call twenty times, and even then they act like they’re doing you a favor. The staff attitude is unbelievably cheap, careless, and downright rude. If you care about your sanity, your guests, or even basic human decency, think a hundred times before stepping into this hotel.

We faced too much problem with service as per the conversation fab not provided the service to us. We faced great mental anguish, waste our enjoyment time. Senior citizens suffer too much hectic. The hotel management and fab India don't have proper conversation so we faced lot of trouble. Even fab India sales team and problem resolving team don't have proper working system. Hotel staff is humble but the problem resolving system of fab India is too longer and not customer friendly. Senior authority officers of Fab India was not available and if they will be available they are not available for resolving problems. The trip with fab India is worst experience for us.

Don’t stay here. Avoid at all costs. This is one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy and completely unhygienic. There were lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes, and the room had a strong bad smell throughout the stay. We were given only one towel for two people, and even that towel had hair on it, which was disgusting. The walls had stains, and the bathroom had a used shaving cream sachet, showing zero attention to cleaning or guest comfort. On top of all this, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The only reason I stayed was because the booking was non-refundable. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. This place caused nothing but discomfort and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
