The rooms are old. Shower in the bathroom is clogged, No washed towel replacement. Less number Hangers in the closet and old metal pins. The Breakfast hall is small and difficult cross the tables. No spoons and forks you have to ask to get it.

SERVICE red alert. Housekeeping wont come even after calling multiple times. They dont care to attend and even if the come, the cleaning is so mediocre. Good luck with dialing correct extension. Everytime we connect to reception, house keeping, room service they keep telling we have dialed wrong extension. BETTER TO STAY ELSEWHERE FOR PEACE OF MIND

Not very happy. Had to call room service multiple times and wait forever to get a job done. 70% of electric plugs in the rooms don't work. Reception, Room Service, House Keeping kept telling everytime that we are calling a wrong number and needed to call other number. Even after calling for house keeping twice, no one showed up. Very disappointing service. Staff behavior was overall good. They were trained nicely but delays in service is disappointing.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. My stay was extremely disappointing, and the issues were far too many to ignore -The room and wardrobe were covered in dust. - Severe plumbing problems , had to change rooms three times within 48 hours due to water supply issues, and even the last room wasn’t properly fixed. - What to say about buffet breakfast it was same every single day with no variety. - Room service and reception take ages to respond.I had to follow up three times just to get tea delivered to my room , it finally arrived after 45 minutes. Overall, the property has serious maintenance issues and desperately needs a major overhaul. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

Extremely cooperative and helpful staff. I acknowledge the emotional labour of hundreds of brave and hard working individuals in the hospitality industry and especially in this hotel. The stay made me feel at home, all the services and management were prompt and really courteous. Highly recommended!!!
