Awful experience. I left my cat here at pawsome pet boarding for 5 days. Throughout these days, they barely answered any of our calls or updated about my cat. They said they'd send us photos and videos but only sent pics on the first day and did not continue, even when we asked them to send us pictures or atleast update us. They don't even call back. I was worried about my cat. And the cages they kept her in were so unhygienic. And when I saw my cat again, she looked so malnourished and was so dirty. When I got her home, she ate the food I gave her hungrily, my cat was starving, I don't know if they provided the food properly. And my cat was also so thirsty. I even asked them to groom my cat on the last day before I picked her up and on the day of the pickup they said they're busy and can't do it today. Also my cat vomitted twice after coming home from there. I'm very unhappy with the service and wouldn't recommend leaving your pets at pawsome at all. Absolutely horrible.

Had a really great experience! I left my pet here for a few days, and the staff took amazing care of him. The place was clean, safe, and they kept me updated regularly. My pet looked so happy and comfortable — it didn’t even feel like he was away from home. Totally recommend this place! 🐾

Extremely Disappointed – Do NOT Recommend I am extremely unhappy with the service at Pawsome Pet Boarding. I left my cat there for 4 days, trusting them to take proper care of her, but the experience was extremely distressing. When I brought my cat home, she looked noticeably thin and weak, as if she had not been fed or given enough water. She was very hungry and thirsty, which clearly shows neglect. Seeing her condition after just a few days was heartbreaking. Communication was another major issue. They only sent an update on the first day, and that too after we asked. After that, there were no updates, no photos, no videos despite repeated attempts to contact them. They did not answer calls, reply to messages, or call back, leaving us extremely anxious and worried about our pet the entire time. On top of this, the cage where my cat was kept was dirty and smelled bad, which is completely unacceptable for any pet boarding facility. This experience caused me immense stress and concern for my pet’s well-being. I am very unsatisfied with their service and would strongly advise others NOT to leave their pets here. Our pets deserve care, attention, and basic necessities none of which were provided adequately in this case.

Good service was provided by pawsome to our cat! She came back home healthy, fit and perfectly fine. I TRUELY RECOMMEND. The place where she was kept was neat and clean! Both the mother and daughter are very co operating! We can trust them blindly! Thanks for your service which made our trip relaxing and stress free!
