We had a great experience at the stay. Room was comfortable and AC worked well. Bathroom also had everything, the only issue was the cleanliness. We did feel the floors to be a bit sticky and the place can use a more thorough cleaning. Area around is also really good and we could adjust parking in an empty plot nearby without troubling anyone

The cleanliness & staff at the hotel are really commendable. Service is also quite good. The only issue is it's location. It's located in a very narrow street and there is no designated parking for cars.

Very budget friendly place with quiet neighborhood the place is located in a pocket area. Car parking is not available at premises but outside you may find. Room were decent size with large king size bed. 2 star less because there were few cockroaches in the room.

I arrived two hours early for check-in, I had to pay an additional six hundred fifty rupees for arriving two hours early. When new customers come, they ignore the old customers. I asked for a kettle for hot water on the first day but they didn't give it even once in three days. They don't give new bed sheets. They clean the room and use the same bed sheets. Come on There are a lot of online rates. They bargain the rates in walk in, the service is useless and the location is also remote. Very rude and unresponsive staff.

Don’t be misled by the high ratings. During checkout, they take your phone, and if you ask any questions, they then tell you to leave a review and pressure you into giving one, which feels very uncomfortable. While the location and rooms are decent, I would not recommend this place for politeness, helpfulness, or friendliness. At checkout, I called reception to ask about the charges for extending my stay by a few hours. Instead of answering over the phone, I was told to come to the reception, which felt unnecessary. After going there, I was informed that even for a 4–5 hour extension, I would need to pay the full day tariff, which I found unfair. Additionally, basic amenities like soap, towels, and a water bottle were missing from the room and had to be requested separately, which should be a basic standard. Overall, not a pleasant experience despite the good location and rooms.
