Worst services ever . When I took my cat for trimming and gromming the boys were not at all trained . When my cat got anxious - they couldn’t handle and just kept looking at our face for hours . Total waste of time . My cat got so scared there, also there’s no cleanliness maintained there . I don’t reccomend it for cats .

We booked an appointment for full grooming, which included shaving, bathing, blow drying, ear cleaning and nail trimming. The staff did put in a lot of effort. In short, you can try this place out.

I recently took my cat to Pets & Ponds, the pet grooming salon in Nagpur, and I’m extremely disappointed with the results. The grooming job was subpar at best. My cat’s fur was left uneven, with visible patches that were missed during the grooming process. Not only was the grooming quality poor, but the overall experience was also unpleasant. The staff at Pets & Ponds seemed rushed and disinterested in addressing my concerns. Additionally, I had requested specific areas to be trimmed, but it appears those instructions were not followed. My cat was clearly stressed during and after the grooming, which raises questions about their handling and care during the process. I expected a professional and thorough grooming service, but unfortunately, I did not receive that at Pets & Ponds in Nagpur. I won’t be returning, and I would caution others to consider alternative grooming options for their pets.”

Nice service, clean and eco-friendly friendly treatment. Experienced staff to handle the pets in a nice way. Grooming area can be extended little more to accommodate more instruments. Over all, worth for charges paid
