When we planned to be away from the city for eleven days, our top priority was finding a reliable and loving place for our three cats. Gainkar Pet Park, recommended by a trusted pet group on WhatsApp run by Malvika Vazalwar, exceeded our expectations and has become our go-to choice for pet boarding. Right from the beginning, my experience with Gainkar Pet Park was warm and reassuring. A month before our trip, I reached out to them with many questions. They responded with kindness, sending videos of their facility and the way they care for pets. This gave us a comforting glimpse into the environment. Their long-standing presence on Facebook, with years of vlogs showcasing their commitment to pet care, further boosted our confidence in entrusting our cats to them. Visiting their facility in person was the final touch that put our hearts at ease. Their location, easy to find on Google Maps, welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. They walked us through all the options for our cats' stay, even providing flexibility with multiple choices for accommodations. For our cats' diet and routine, we opted to provide our own dry and wet food, along with our preferred litter and boxes. Gainkar Pet Park was happy to accommodate this and adjusted the cost accordingly, showing their genuine care for our preferences and our pets’ comfort. While we were away, the team at Gainkar Pet Park went above and beyond to keep us connected. Regular video updates of our cats brought us such peace of mind, and their attentiveness to our specific instructions further showed their dedication to our pets' happiness and well-being. Our three cats, who stayed from October 30 to November 10, 2024, enjoyed a spacious six-foot enclosure that allowed them to stay together as a group, helping them feel secure and comfortable. Knowing that they were so well taken care of allowed us to truly enjoy our time away without worry. I kept my cat for 3 days with food and when I took him he was starving i don't understand how can he starve when we gave them the food same day.. I have no words to express my anger this is utter nonsense..I wouldn't recommend any one to this pet care

The worst day care I have ever came across. In the beginning they will make you trust that your pets are safe but once you leave them they don't care at all whether their food is given on time or not,neither the supplements are given properly.I would suggest no one should take a chance even for once with your loved pets.

We kept our pets for 5 days in gainkar day care. Previously we were informed that will be getting videos of our pets every day so that we can be assured that they are comfortable. After a day we asked for videos and we only got excuses,after begging and keep contacting got 2 videos in 5 days .after we came back we realised that our pets were not given the food which we asked for nd now both my pets have upset stomach.
