“I had a negative experience at this grooming service. After the session, my dog got injured, and the vet said it could be due to rough handling. I request the staff to be more careful in the future.... i was not ur customer anymore" .....
They did a fantastic job with my Persian cat. I asked for them to do a deep brush instead of using clippers to remove his shedding undercoat and they followed my instructions. He’s more healthy and happy because of it. You can tell the staff really enjoys pets and cares for them.
I recently took my dog to this place for bathing and a haircut. After I heard my dog crying I went to check inside but I was asked to wait outside and the handler closed the door. Soon after, they accidentally left the door open and I caught the groomer SLAPPING my dog aggressively. I confronted the person and the owner but the owner was in complete denial that her impatient and ill-trained staff mistreated my dog. If I am not wrong the guy’s name was Vishal. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENS BEHIND CLOSED DOOR! Don’t trust their 7+ years experience BS, the groomers are not trained at all.
