They are extremely bad at grooming your pet. My cat was hurt while they were grooming him. Avoid this place for your pet's safety.

this doctor is such incompetent and ignorant towards their patients. the doctor just sits around and orders it's staff to do stuff and the staff also not properly trained. . gave wrong advice and had to shift to a different doctor. the place is very congested and unhygienic and on top of that he makes people wait outside the clinic for long durations. please don't go here

Extremely disappointing experience. I had taken my pet for a skin rash, and to my surprise, the doctor did not even examine or touch my pet. All the work was being done by his assistants while he simply instructed from the side. Without proper examination, he was quick to prescribe medication and seemed more interested in selling products available at the clinic rather than giving genuine advice. The doctor also made unprofessional remarks about clients, which I found very disrespectful. He was neither attentive nor pet-friendly, and it felt more like a business than a place that truly cares about animals. As a pet parent, I strongly believe that pets deserve compassionate care, but unfortunately, I did not find that here. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to others. Pets’ lives should be valued, not treated as a business opportunity.

had a very good experience with Dr. Amol Salankar. I took my cat Goofy to him when he was in a very critical condition with only 0.2 WBC left. The doctor and his staff did everything possible with proper care and medication, and helped my cat recover. Now he’s healthy again. Those days were extremely tough, but I trusted the doctor completely. I also completed Goofy’s vaccinations with him. Highly recommend — very good staff and excellent care.
