WORST EXPERIENCE IN GROOMING. NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE THEY DO NOT HAVE PROFESSIONAL STAFF FOR GROOMING. THEY CHARGED ME 500 FOR GROOMING BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Just to reply you Appointments are not commitments it can be rescheduled. Talking about Professionalism you must have proper infrastructure to groom pets. You cannot groom pet in front of the shop on the table, By roadside like a road side barber shop. We left Mishti at (Twix and butch pet salon and spa) Kalyani Nagar, Pune - due to covid situation we were not allowed to stay or else they do allow to stay pet parents. Talking about skills We left Mishti there for more than two hours Mishti was not all in trauma after her grooming session and they gave us a feedback that Mishti was so calm and cool during her session and she allowed them to complete there task so as the job was done very neatly. With you most importantly she was in traumatized situation which continued with her even after her session and very unprofessional. We really had a bad experience and I strongly disagree with your suggestions and recommendations. I am sorry Thank you.

This is the worst pet shop in the town, they're just greedy people and will try to sell you damaged animals, so be very careful if you're visiting. They abused me just because I tried to return a pet who was having fungal infection, in fact they threw the pet on my vehicle as they didn't want to refund/exchange. Insane illiterate greedy people. They'll rot in hell for doing this unethical business. My message to you Mayur, as you're not taking my calls- In the first place you gave me two males so that they couldn’t breed, you manipulated me just for the sake of your business, and whatever u wanted, happened.. one of them died and u got the benefit to sell other. It’s an extremely simple way to understand difference between male and female, understood this the moment I saw a female. Secondly, yesterday u gave bath to the little one and you saw the fungal infection, just for ur business u gave me that one, infection becomes clearly visible when u give them bath and u intentionally ignored that thing. Now u r trying to cover your staff’s fault who asked me to make it bath and the wound will vanish and I thus made it bath twice still it didn’t go, when I politely requested that lady as u were not ready to take my call you denied helping. Moreover, in bold letters u have written PETCLINIC, how can it be called a clinic when there’s no vet available. I blame you for death of my baby pet. You did wrong. Think about it. Your lady threw the pet on my scooter in anger, why do you keep pets, only for sake of money?? Respect them, those pets provide u a living. Atleast respect them on humanity grounds.

Do not buy pet from there they only provide duplicate breed. If you ask him about your pet problem he will give you costly medicine. He gave me dog shampoo for my Rabbit and told me that it is for all animals.

do not go this shop he sells the pets by telling the wrong information. i had bought i dog of 30 days he told that he is lhasa apso. but after a year we came to know that this is not the original one. he has sold us a cross breed. Do not trust

I had taken my 5 month old Shih Tzu puppy for grooming and it was a wonderful experience. The pet was well taken care of and the grooming done was excellent. The summer cut gave my puppy a great relief from the heat. Would always go back there for my future pet groomings. Thank you for the excellent services provided and keep going well
