Very bad experience. Too commercial in terms of everything. No proper information they give when we buy things or pets from there. Too disappointed. N here goes there petazoo reply....couple of weeks they say...but it was just in 10 days...not satisfied with their answers. N the doctor they sent to...was just a female assistant who was again acting on petazoo owners calls.

Recently, I had the pleasure of leaving my dear dog with Petazoo, a top-notch pet boarding facility in Nagpur, and I must say that my experience well surpassed my expectations. The personnel at Petazoo showed professionalism, care, and a sincere love for the animals.

It's a decent place to buy dog, cat, turtle and fish food. They also have feeding bottles for puppies and cats. You can also choose treats from a wide variety. They also offer grooming services. Recently, I went there to buy raincoat for my Labrador. Although they did have raincoats, it wasn't upto my liking, as I was looking for a full raincoat. The only con about this place for me is the staunch. There is a weird smell when you enter the shop. I would like to suggest better ventilation for this place.
