From the moment we walked in, everything felt thoughtful and professional, right from the detailed consent forms and health feedback process to the genuine care shown towards our dogs, Chai and Coffee. The team took the time to understand their needs, which made us feel completely at ease. The grooming itself was excellent and done with so much patience, skill, and love. Chai and Coffee looked amazing and, more importantly, seemed happy and comfortable throughout. The service was truly exceptional, and it’s clear how much care and effort goes into every step.
