The JK Hotel - Opp Railway Station

First thing we called before booking to check for parking space and we were assured that their is available space once we reached we were asked to park on roadside. If their was no space and they would inform us we would have looked for other options rather than being anxious for the whole night. Soon a group of boys came and started fighting because obviously our car was parked on road even mentioning "We won't do anything to the new car but someone else might break the glass, scratch it" imagine hearing this when your car is just 1 day old. We paid 2000 for a room full of cockroaches, leaking tap and fungus. The guard and man at reception were drinking alcohol at night after assuring us to look after our car. Paying 2k for this nonsense is not worth it

I recently stayed at The JK Hotel, Nagpur, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. Staff behavior was outstanding — every team member was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the stay extremely comfortable. The service quality was exceptional. Right from check-in to room service, everything was quick, well-organized, and handled with care. Whatever was requested was delivered on time, and the staff ensured that every detail was taken care of. Coming to the food, it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfect, the presentation was great, and the variety was impressive. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every dish tasted fresh and well-prepared. Overall, The JK Hotel offers top-class hospitality, great ambiance, and true value for money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nagpur. Looking forward to staying here again!

I'm Advocate Prahlad Dhumale, when I was book this hotel for day only and At the time of check-out, I'm giving a 5-star rating for the stay only because the He helped us with an early check-in, albeit with additional charges. We urgently needed the room as my wife had a meeting at 10 o'clock. However, the next day after check-out, the receptionist called my wife's mobile number, which wasn't provided by us. He apparently took it from her Aadhaar card and called her instead of contacting me, despite my mobile number being given at the time of room booking. This type of behavior is not acceptable...

I had a very bad experience during my last stay at the hotel. I made the booking through the Agoda platform. The room did not match the pictures shown online, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards were very poor. I booked a room with breakfast included, but breakfast was not provided. I informed the reception at 7:30 a.m. and waited until 8:50 a.m. During that time, I called the reception several times, but each time I received different responses and no clear solution. In the end, I decided to check out. However, I was not given any refund for the inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at The JK Hotel with our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. We really enjoyed the delicious food and the peaceful ambiance, which made our family trip even more memorable. The location is very convenient, close to major areas in the city. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit.
