We kept our dog at Sami's pet boarding for 3-4 days. They took very good care of him and when I reached to take him back, I could see that he was happy. Would definitely consider this place everytime we need pet boarding services.
Very nice and hygienic home Boarding. I kept my Male dog for a week and they took care of him properly. My dog was mixed with family members and other dogs. Will surely recommend to others.
“I boarded my cat here for around 15 days and it honestly felt like a home away from home for her 🐾 The caretaker was incredibly loving and affectionate and treated my cat like her own baby. She was happy, comfortable, and so well taken care of, which gave me total peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for the love and care my cat received. Highly recommended!”
I am extremely disappointed and upset with the experience my dog had at this boarding facility. There was clearly no proper supervision when my dog was left with other dogs. As a result, my dog was bitten by another dog while in their care. What’s even more concerning is that there was no proper first aid provided, and no veterinarian was called to assess the injury. Instead, my dog was left in immense pain without the urgent attention and care that any responsible boarding facility should provide. To make matters worse, we were not even informed about the incident. As pet parents, we had to find out ourselves, which is completely unacceptable. When I asked what happened, their response was that they “don’t know.” How can a boarding facility not know how a dog under their supervision was injured? This clearly shows a lack of monitoring, accountability, and responsibility. Even after specifically informing them to ensure he was fed and given water regularly, he was left dehydrated. This level of negligence is extremely alarming. When you leave your pet somewhere, you trust that they will be safe, properly supervised, and cared for. That trust was completely broken. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s safety and wellbeing.
