I had an excellent stay at Hotel Taj Palace. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to help. The property is beautiful with a calm and luxurious ambiance. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality — highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and not cleaned properly — it definitely did not feel hygienic or comfortable. The service was also very poor, and the staff were not helpful. What’s worse, when they found out that guests were coming from outside the city for medical checkups, they started charging more money. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I Kuldeep Singh, I came to stay in your hotel Taj Guest House, but after taking Rs. 1900 from me, Rs. 1400 was shown in the form and at night I asked a boy to give me bed sheet, then I was told that I will have to pay extra for it, this is not the first time I am staying in a hotel, in other hotels there is no charge for bed sheet, why did this happen to me here. Please don't go.... लायक नाही आहे... व्हेंटिलेशन नसल्यामुळे... Rooms are very congested, no ventilation, non availability of hot water in morning, staffs are very rude, not permitted for opening and closing the windows of room. No ventilation separately provided. Bed sheets are dirty. Moreover the behaviour of staff and the workers are very bad. Please visit and then only book the room. If you pay in advance you will always regret..
