I am writing this review with a heavy heart to share my experience and to caution other pet owners. I took my beloved cat to this veterinarian for neutering. Unfortunately, after the procedure, my cat's health deteriorated rapidly, because his body is already compromised and we didn't know about that earlier. Despite the doctor prescribing saline, tablets, and syrups, his condition did not improve. We later conducted a blood test in the evening, which revealed severe liver infection and it was the jaundice. By that time, the damage was irreversible, and we tragically lost our cat. It was devastating to find out that such a critical aspect—conducting blood tests before surgery—was completely overlooked. I want to stress to all pet owners: Always insist on a full blood test before any surgery for your pet, even though it costs a little, paying 2k for ur cat's life is not a big deal. It is the doctor's responsibility to recommend this step, but in our case, it was not even mentioned. Had this test been conducted earlier, it might have saved my cat's life. I hope this review serves as a reminder to be vigilant about your pet's pre-surgical care. Always ensure the vet takes the necessary precautions, especially when it comes to internal health conditions like liver function. Losing a pet is heart-wrenching, and no one should have to go through this due to preventable negligence. This incident happened on the 20th dec 2024, at that time I was not in a good condition that's why it took me a while to write this review
