Located above Khurana Travels near the ST Bus Stand in Ganeshpeth Colony, the hotel is very accessible and well-positioned for both leisure and business trips. The rooms were clean, the staff polite and responsive, and the overall service met expectations for the price. According to listings, amenities like free WiFi, air-conditioning, in-house dining and easy access to transit make it a practical choice. Rooms are very small and not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. Service is good and location is also good. Breakfast was good but they don't have a separate restaurant for vegetarians. They only have a bar and restaurant on the 2nd and top floor.
I stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. Check-in and Check-out – 8/10: The process was smooth and hassle-free. Housekeeping – 8/10: The room was well-maintained and regularly cleaned. Breakfast – 9/10: The breakfast spread was impressive with good taste and variety. Laundry – 9/10: Timely and efficient laundry service.
It’s a poor poor hotel. Paid 4K each night. 1. You do not get good hospitality in terms of language. 2. We stayed there for 3 days, no hot water for all 2 nights. 3. The lift is slow. Same lift for staff and guests. 4. The breakfast is below par. Can understand sambar being served at 50% warmness, unfortunately it was still cold. You do not expect this when you pay 4,000 each night with breakfast. 5. Poor Parking. Infact its a circus to park within the premises. 6. The rooms are very very small. All in all its absolutely not worth the stay here. Hot water and coean toilets are the most basic things which one looks for. You are never at the hotel during the day, but when you arrive or leaving in the morning, you need hot water! Whats the point of stying in when you cannot even find basic amenities.
