Hopeless service. I have not rec'd your bills till date. Why should I follow up with you for bills . I have made advance payment. Will never ever book through your site & will tell others also about my poor experience.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Management and Services My stay at this hotel was far from comfortable, with multiple issues that made the experience unpleasant. From poor management to a lack of basic amenities, the hotel failed to meet even the most fundamental expectations of hospitality. Lack of Basic Amenities One of the most frustrating aspects was the absence of essential items. There was no soap, shampoo, towels, or even a bottle of water provided in the room. Despite multiple requests at the reception, these were never made available. Such negligence in providing basic necessities reflects poor service quality. Uncomfortable and Poor-Quality Bedding The bed was one of the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. It was simply a metal frame with a piece of plywood on top, covered with a low-quality mattress. Sleeping on it was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest. A comfortable bed should be a priority in any hotel, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Lift Issues and Accessibility Problems The hotel's lift was another major issue. It was either not functioning properly or took an unusually long time to operate, causing a lot of inconvenience. For guests with luggage or those who have difficulty using stairs, this becomes a serious problem. No Proper Parking Facilities The hotel does not provide a dedicated parking space, which led to unnecessary hassle. I had to park my car at a different location, making it inconvenient every time I needed access to my vehicle. For a hotel, proper parking arrangements should be a given, but unfortunately, this was not considered. Poor Housekeeping Services The room was not cleaned for two days after check-in, which was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and hygiene are basic expectations at any hotel, but the lack of housekeeping services made the stay even more uncomfortable. Unprofessional Management The overall management seemed unorganized and indifferent to guest needs. It felt like the hotel was simply running a business rather than focusing on guest comfort and experience. The lack of responsiveness from the staff only added to the frustration. Overall Experience Overall, my stay felt more like a necessity rather than a comfortable experience. From an uncomfortable bed to unresponsive management and a lack of basic amenities, the hotel failed in multiple aspects. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services for future guests.

TV is not working. No restaurant have to order from Zomato.. Staff is good. Rooms are OK

The room was good ac worked fine location is also nice staff was cooperative the onmy problem. Was thst the bed was too low in height

The hotel location is absolutely amazing. It is centrally located and close to all the major attractions in the city.. the check-in experience was superb, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The food at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from overall, a fantastic experience!!!..
