We had travelled all the way from Pune to Nagpur for a wedding with our pet of 1.5 yrs old beagle. We had only 1st call with Mr.Happy and believe me without even knowing about this person we decided to keep our pet here only because of his pleasing speech. Upon reaching he made my baby feel so comfortable in his house. We were so happy to keep him there. We had to return back after 5 days and wanted to move at 5am in the morning, he said no issues & the check out was done so smoothly. Pune Pet Day Care & Hostel owners should learn hospitality from here. They charge high amount with no security and assurance and have a rude attitude too, only money making. Would like to conclude saying he's a humble personality. Donot worry and go for it if your deciding to keep your pet here.Thks a ton once again. Roche is happy & missing you..

The owner is very soft and humble. My dog was badly hurt by someone which caused a wound with maggots. Dog was in a very bad condition but Happy ji took care of my dog and bring back in a good condition after treatment and all. I never visited the place, he only picked and dropped. It was a great help for me. Thank you Happy ji.

Saurabh from Woof grooming is the best groomer in Nagpur. He is so gentle with the pets. This is my second review for him, I rehired him for grooming my goldens, he is too good. Some people have posted bad reviews about having bad experience with his boarding but he doesn’t have a boarding facility for dogs he only grooms them.
