A great place to leave your kitten / cat when you're out of town. My kitten was taken good care of, and I was also sent timely updates on WhatsApp about his meals as well. I was impressed by the large play area they have for cats, where they can enjoy their stay. They also gave me tips about how to care for my new kitten. I definitely recommend this place !

We recently left our two cats Inku & Ghunghru at this pet hostel for a week & we couldnt be happier with the experience. Akanksha took such wonderful care of them & treated them like her own. Timely meals were given & we received updates twice a day along with pictures which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She is a really kind person who genuinely loves animals & is deeply committed to their comfort & well being. I had a great experience leaving my cat here for a few days. The shelter was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. It was also quite economical compared to other options. The caretakers were clearly experienced, genuinely kind, and took great care of my cat. I really appreciated the regular updates they shared, it made being away much easier. We had an amazing experience with Pawsome Villa. The place is very spacious, well ventilated, cool and extremely clean. It has a dedicated play area, a caged area room, and a common netted space where the cats can relax and enjoy the view. Everything is securely netted, and CCTV cameras are installed, so safety is never a concern. The owner is truly amazing. She is prompt, attentive, and incredibly kind. Since this was our first time leaving our kitties at a boarding facility, we were quite anxious, but she made both us and our cats feel completely at ease. She regularly shared videos and photos during meal times and even sent updates of their cute moments without us having to ask. When our cats were hesitant to eat their kibble due to stress, she immediately prepared warm homemade chicken and also arranged other wet food options. She genuinely goes out of her way to help cats settle in and feel at home. Although cages are used for safety and to separate other cats from each other when more cats are in the stay, but the cats are allowed to roam freely throughout the day for many hours, taking turns so everyone gets ample time outside for birdwatching. They are never confined all day. Her love, patience, and understanding toward animals truly stand out. We highly recommend this place to any pet parent looking for a safe, caring, and well maintained boarding facility for their cats.
