The store's perhaps the best pet store in Nagpur that I have been to so far. We often visit it to get our labrador retriever, Casper, his toys, bones, harness, clothes, medicines etc. We also called for a cake to celebrate Casper's first birthday from the store and he simply loved it! The cake was sugar free and it had shredded chicken sprinkled on it, Casper finished it in seconds. They have vegetarian cakes as well for dogs that don't eat meat. Those who have pets and haven't visited this store, you must!

Consultation, guidance and treatment facilities are also available by the Vet Specialist. Polite, gentle, well behaved staff. I am highly impressed. Very well managed shop. Lady Shop-owner is friendly and helpful. Though her assistants are kinda reluctant to help or perhaps they don’t know much about pets, their products and medications. Dog treats have too many varieties. Kudos!

It's a good store with a variety of pet supplies available. Although I just have one thing to mention about my last experience here, I bought a Trixie cat leash for my cat bcos I had to rush him to vet's clinic, when I went home and tried the leash on him, it ran short and was uncomfortable for him as it restrained his movements. After an hour or two, I went back to the store to return/exchange the leash (It wasn't used,damaged/hampered in any way, even the packaging was intact) I asked the owner if I could exchange the leash for a bigger one, she said 'No'. I asked if they could get the same leash in a bigger size and may be then I could exchange it, she agreed, took my number and told me that she would get back to me in a couple of days, she never did. It isn't much about the least but how inconsiderate she was about my issue, would it have been a really big deal if you could simply made the exchange or let me know if the bigger one was available?
