I had kept my dog LEO (golden retriever) at their dog hostel. I was really surprised after seeing the conditions of the dogs kept there, smothered with dirt and feeling uncomfortable in the dirty cages, I was in a hurry so I had no choice but to keep my little dog there. The one who was there told us that he will groom our dog one day before picking him up but he did nothing even bathing my dog was a big task for him. God knows how & where he kept my dog got major skin infections. I kept my dog there for 15 days. (Hardest 15 days of his life). When I went to take my dog back it was clearly visible that he was not kept in a good condition there. His left leg was injured, was looking pale and helpless, he had lost his weight. I was shocked after seeing my dog whom I cared for like my own son in that condition. After coming home we waited for 3-4 days for him to settle ,he was not eating anything. We immediately went to the vet and he considered that he had skin infections, tics and fever. All that I and my dog experienced was unexpected & worst. Think twice before keeping your pets to such a hostel. Very disappointed. No need to play with the emotions of dog owners.

Very poor as our relatives dogs are suffering a lot do support and report so that no pet is suffered going forward

Big thanks to the RS team for taking such good care of my dog Jony! 🐶 The doctor has advised vaccination. Please continue feeding him boiled chicken, rice, and curd as his daily meals. He will be on home stay, so kindly share video updates daily. I always recommend RS team for their great hosting – highly suggested to all my friends! 🙌🐾 ---

They are very pathetic will request everyone not to keep any dogs or your pet at their place and also never take their grooming services. At first they told they will not keep our dogs in cage and will be kept opened.I have kept my two dogs here for three days and post bringing them home my dogs were suffering from ticks and food poisoning.My dog was not eating food at their place but they did not bother to inform us also we have paid extra for bath still they did not find any ticks while bathing and grooming.Since one week we are taking our dogs to vet and we are having it on record one of course it dog is recovering and and other one is fighting with her death as she is suffering from kidney failure due to increased bacterial infection in her body and stress level. We have informed them but no one even bother to give us call or visit us to check on our pets.Very pathetic and very bad people .humble request to everyone never visit and keep your pet here.
