We recently picked up our rescued Indie puppy from Pampered Paw Pets boarding and cannot begin to explain how happy she and we were with the entire 3 weeks of boarding here. Once familiar, she played free outdoors, basked in the sun, made lots of friends and ate home cooked healthy food. The owners are a kind and caring couple with a big heart for dogs. Vidushi is very knowledgeable and generous with her help. We received regular updates via video which meant we could have a relaxing holiday knowing our puppy was well cared for. Our experience with other facilities in Mysore were quite poor so this was a pleasant surprise. Will return and definitely recommend.
My dog Sasha was well taken care in boarding. Regular pictures and videos were shared regularly. She felt like home. I would recommend any one who is looking for dog boarding services. Vidushi Singh is awesome caretaker for dogs.
I had my pet boarded with them for 3days. They are reliable and trustworthy, responded to us well and kept updating every now and then about our pet. Vidushi took care of our pet like it’s her own pet and as the name suggest they do pamper our pets and made sure they have a happy stay. I’m really thankful for that. Best boarding service in Mysore with leash free boarding facility. They are definitely going to be my all time choice.
I left my cat at Pampered Paw Pets for 3 days, trusting them to provide proper care. Unfortunately, when I picked her up, she was infested with ticks and lice—something she did not have prior to the stay. This was extremely disappointing and distressing. It clearly shows a lack of hygiene and proper pet care protocols. I expected a clean and safe environment, but this experience has made me question their standards. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve their cleanliness and pet care practices. I will not be returning.
This was the first time I had my cat looked after for a full week. She is quite shy and apparently spent most of the time hiding, but the staff were extremely patient and took the time to gently engage with her. They shared daily updates about her condition, which allowed me to understand how she was doing and gave me great peace of mind while she was in their care. I would be very happy to use your service again
