It wasn't a good experience. The man who claim to be expert of dogs was really unprofessional. My dog got multiple bites from other dogs during his stay in multiple occasions and the gentleman didn't inform us untill he dropped back our pet. He claimed that our dog has bitten other dogs but he never shared any photos of that. I know my dog well and he's a labrador retriever, never bitten any dogs in his entire life. Even knowing other dogs biting him or they are having fight, he could have done something to avoid it next time. He knows only to talk, such a arrogant, unprofessional, lier person.
The best dog boarding in Mysore. I had absolutely no worries of leaving my dog back in the city when I had to travel for long. I got hourly videos n updates of Jaggu. He also loved the place and made new friends. All the dogs out there look very happy and are being taken care of with utmost care. Kuddos Umesh!
I don't have enough vocabulary to describe this place but all i can say Umesh sir is a gem , he took care my pooch very well , my pooch was well fed , he had freedom to roam and he made lot of friends. The place is really open and nice ,they also have swimming facility for dogs. Umesh sir took care of him the way i do at my home . He took care of him like his own pooch. Thank you sir.
I am so relieved that there is a place like this in Mysore. I had plans of travelling for about 5 days and was looking for a place where I could drop my pup. Of course being a pet parent, you always want the best for your pet. Trust me, Umesh is the best. He is always responsive and really takes care of your pet. The description says it's leash free, cage free and it really was. Not just that, your pet is not bored. There are a lot of other pets to play around and your pets are always engaged. I really liked how comfortable my pup was (to be honest, I was a little worried about how he would behave with another 10-15 fully grown dogs), but he turned out just fine. Lot of space to run around, a nice clean pool, a perfect place to get your pet here and also hang out with the other dogs. I am so glad I found this place, I can be really peaceful to leave my pet here when I travel. Thanks Umesh, for not even taking a day off on your birthday and taking care of all our pets. Not to mention, I will be a frequent visitor here. My pet loves it!
Austin, our 14y 6m old Black Labrador passed away today in the early hours, 27 Dec 25. No sooner we contacted Bow Bow Pet Resort the response was positive and prompt to reach our home with their car. The honorable burial of Austin was carried out with meticulous commitment by Shri Umesh, Shri Mahesh and their team. We are grateful - God bless them! Om Namahshivaya! Recommended.
