"The money-minded doctor did not treat my cat properly. He had a fever of 102°F, but the doctor said he was completely fine and that nothing was wrong. Later, when I took him to another doctor, I found out he had an infection and pneumonia. Unfortunately, my cat didn’t survive because of his negligence. I highly do not recommend this doctor."
Miserable Attitude Doctor does not treat pets and pet owners rightfully. Least bothered to give clear scenario for the disease caused to our pets. I highly do not recommend this vet for his arrogance and attitude
Doctor Vaseem was extremely professional and came highly recommended to us from our usual vet. We loved that he described everything he saw on our cat’s x-ray and made it easy for us to understand. He handled our cat with utmost dignity and respect. We are sure that we were in safe hands with him. Thank you so much for taking care of us on a Sunday!
I highly do not recommend this vet. I would like to refer pet owners to please visit Leela Veterinary Hospital as I got everything done smoothly with a lot of perfection and attention given to the pet and proper guidance on the whereabouts of pet and its vaccines. The doctor here did not attend to concerns and did not give a clear picture of the vaccines as we have rights to know about it and we found him very money minded.
Dr. Vaseem is rude and heartless. He threatened to report me to the police after I expressed my disappointment about him not telling me that he was not available, even though he had told me the day before to come to his clinic in the evening with my fancy rat, who had pus coming out of his ear. I wrote to him and called him that evening, but he wouldn’t answer, and I waited for his reply to know when I could come. I also wrote to him that the condition had worsened; he read the message but didn’t reply. My rat passed away that night. If he had just told me that he was not available, I would not have waited for him and would have looked for another vet for immediate treatment. I expressed this to him, and he didn’t even offer his condolences for the passing of my pet. Instead, he threatened me with reporting me at the police for blackmailing him. My friend had told me before that she had bad experiences with this doctor. I wish I had listened to her. ________________________________________ AS REPLY TO Dr. Vassem — I HAVE ATTACHED OUR WHATSAPP CONVERSATION I have now attached our WhatsApp conversation so everyone can form their own opinion about whether I was harassing and blackmailing Dr. Vaseem, or whether he was the one threatening me with the police. Just read the attachments; in the screenshot no 3 he threatens me. And for people who wonder what rat I had, I have attached a pic of him also. :) ________________________________________ COMMENTS TO HIS REPLY “It was blackmail and harassment. Do not sugar coat your words.” PLEASE SEE the attachment to make your own opinion about who blackmailed whom. ________ “You should've listened to your friend. You had anyway followed her advise and treated the pet with ear drops for a week and ruined the pets condition further.” THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REPLY. First of all, it was another friend, and this person misunderstood how long to give the drops and did not advise on the treatment. You didn’t see the rat after this, so you cannot say whether this ruined the pet’s condition further. Saying this without having seen the rat is very unprofessional and rude toward my friend. The rat was fine when I got him back. The symptoms—which you then have NOT SEEN—were related to a respiratory issue. Fluid came out of the nose, and the rat couldn’t breathe anymore. I rather believe he caught a cold from being too close to an open window, but I don’t know. And since you didn’t see the rat, you also don’t know. ________ “I had expressed my unavailability. It would be wise on your part to see another vet instead of waiting for me.” NO, YOU DIDN’T EXPRESS YOUR UNAVAILABILITY—only for the first day. See the WhatsApp conversation. You told me you would see me “tomorrow.” ________ “Even my family doesn't wait for me the way you have. And I am extremely grateful for the faith shown in me although it borders lunacy.” I THINK you are extremely rude in your choice of words. ________________________________________ MY FINAL WORDS I still do not accuse the doctor of causing my rat’s death. I could have chosen not to wait for him, and rats are delicate animals—he might not have survived anyway, but maybe he would have. However, I still maintain that it would have been more responsible for the doctor to inform me that he was not available, and that he should not have threatened me with the police simply because I told him this. A simple “I am sorry for your loss; I couldn’t reply because I had an emergency,” or something similar, would have been enough.
