⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been taking my Shih Tzu to this pet spa for 7 years, and it's always been amazing! They handle pets with incredible care, without using anesthesia. They know exactly how to get even the most stubborn pets to cooperate. The grooming expert, Girish, does a fantastic job. Dr. Arun and his wife Chitkala are super professional, paying attention to every detail and educating us on pet care. If you're looking for the best Pet clinic & grooming spot, this is it! Highly recommend!

I recently took my Shih Tzu to this pet spa for grooming, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Before the appointment, I was told the service would cost around 800 INR, but I was charged 1200 INR instead. On top of that, a previous visit for a simple haircut cost me 1000 INR just because of a small knot below the neck area. Unlike other pet spas where services include nail trimming, ear and eye cleaning, and an overall finishing look, this place did none of those. The groomer was also quite rude, which added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, I feel that the quality of service didn't match the high charges. Groomers has zero knowledge, he grooms how he likes and he is not ready to listen.

Very unprofessional service. I have a persian cat and took my cat for grooming today. As per their direction i have given her food in the night and not in the morning and brought her by 11 o’ clock there. They had given my two sedations and took almost 2 hours just to say that the cat is not co-operating and its very much violent. Where as when they gave me my cat it was simply sleeping in her carry bag. Upon that she demanded Rs.500 which was later on refunded just because i have raised concern and stated my displeasure. So people looking for good service is advised to take your pet somewhere. This is my personal experience which i had faced today. Also to point out the fact that i have brought my cat to The Royals pet spa dattagalli which is another pet grooming centre where they have done the work with very much ease and the cat has co-operated very much. So i do not know for what purpose there people have told an unnecessary lie and wasted time and money.

The space is clean n tidy, the staff are experienced, sweet n helpful...and it's owned and supervised by an experienced veterinarian. Whose clinic is just 5 mins away..... So, I'd definitely recommend this place for all your pet needs.
