Their pet boarding service is the worst that you can ever experience. Left my dog for 2 days and it was a nightmare. My dog was perfect and healthy before I dropped him to Vidya pet boarding and after I picked him up, he was fully covered with skin infection, ticks, mites and insects. Their behaviour after I confronted them was really rude and irresponsible. If you want your pet to get sick and die, you can use their pet boarding services.
