PetFelix Dog Boarding

In September this year, while we were away on a long vacation, we had left our Siberian Husky at Petflix for 24 days. Initially, I was worried if he would be able to adjust to a new routine for so long, as he has never been away from home for such an extended period. But I must say — I was thoroughly impressed with Petflix and their service. Very professional approach, disciplined routine, extremely hygienic environment, and they kept my pet in high spirits throughout. We were also receiving regular updates on WhatsApp, 3–4 video updates every single day. Our Husky looked relaxed, happy and absolutely at ease. I’ve been sending my dogs — Bella, Buddy, and Dodo — here for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. The staff is polite, friendly, and genuinely loves animals. My dogs always come back happy, well-exercised, and mentally stimulated. I also appreciate how promptly they update me if there’s ever any issue or concern. Petfelix has become our go-to place whenever we are out of town. Both our dogs – a beagle and an indie – have stayed there multiple times and always come back happy and relaxed.The facility is very clean, properly air-conditioned and clearly designed with dogs’ comfort and safety in mind. The dogs are kept in separate, individual spaces, which really helps avoid any issues and keeps things calm and safe during their stay.The staff is fantastic – caring, patient and very professional, including with moody or slightly difficult dogs. They ensure the dogs get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation through walks and play, rather than just leaving them in a kennel all day.One of the best parts is their communication – they send daily videos, especially during meal times and play time, so we can actually see how our dogs are doing and feel completely reassured. Food is good and handled exactly as per our instructions.Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind whenever our dogs are at Petfelix, which is priceless. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a safe, well-run and genuinely caring boarding facility for their dogs.

We decided to board Kasper (our pet Shih Tzu) with Petfelix after visiting the facility & carrying out a day board trial. Petfelix facility is one of the largest in mumbai with large kennels & huge play area for the pet. The team is thoroughly professional when it comes to the food & pet health. After the first time, Kasper was happy to be boarded with Petfelix & couldn't stop wagging his tail when he met his friends at Petfelix, his care-givers. We would highly recommend Petfelix for your pet boarding requirements whether it is for a few hours or a day or even for days together. Only request to the management of Petfelix is to look into the exorbitant peak period boarding rates…. Other than that, keep up the good work!
