Mitali's Board & Train

My pet Shiro stayed at MBT for a month-long board and train, and the experience was wonderful. I was quite nervous at first since I’d never left him anywhere, but the entire team especially his trainer Madhavi made me feel completely at ease. They shared regular updates, photos, and videos, answered every question, and even now continue to help us whenever we reach out. The facility was spotless, his meals and medication were followed perfectly, and the team’s warmth and patience really stood out. What touched me most was how they made sure Shiro felt comfortable giving him his favourite fetch time and lots of cuddles so it never felt like just training. We were also called in for a few sessions before Shiro’s go-home so we could learn what was being done and continue it smoothly once he returned. Madhavi personally brought Shiro home, guided us through his routine, and made sure he settled in smoothly. They even made time for his favorite game of fetch and plenty of cuddles! Simi, our 3-year-old Indie girl, absolutely loved her time at MBT! 🐾 I recently enrolled her for training with Mitali and her amazing team, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to them. MBT is truly one of the best dog training facilities in Mumbai—the trainers are not only highly professional but also extremely kind, patient, and caring toward the dogs. Simi had a reactivity issue, and after her two-week training session, I’ve seen a drastic and positive change in her behavior. A special thanks to Madhavi, who was Simi’s main trainer—she did a wonderful job and guided me on how to continue the follow-through at home. I’m also grateful to Sarika, Vidhi, Aayushi, Jigisha, and the entire team for the love and care they showered on Simi. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our Indie pup, Chillipi, has truly transformed here! She’s come back more focused, confident, and calm, while still being her loving, goofy self. What an incredible bunch of people at MBT. A special shoutout to Jigeesha, Sanika, and Aayushee for putting in all the hard work alongside Chilli, and to the support staff for giving her just the right food, love, and care. We would highly recommend them, especially if you are feeling clueless or a little helpless about raising your pup the right way. Yes, the time apart is tough, but it is worth every bit for a long, happy and healthy life with your best bud.

Mitali’s Board and Train is truly a special place. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every dog is treated with love, care, and respect. The facility itself is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy, which made Chai feel comfortable and safe right away. I want to especially highlight the incredible work of Johnson and Madhavi. Their patience, expertise, and dedication are unmatched. Watching Chai transform over the course of his training has been nothing short of amazing. Johnson’s intuitive understanding of Chai’s personality and Madhavi’s gentle yet firm guidance brought out the best in him. Every lesson, every moment of attention, and every bit of encouragement has helped Chai become more confident, disciplined, and joyful. Chai’s playful spirit, his responsiveness, and his newfound confidence reflect the love and effort put in by the team. It is clear that this is not just training but a true understanding of each dog as an individual. The personalized care and attention have made this experience life-changing for Chai and for me. I would really thank Team MBT for their immense support and coordination. Considering our pet’s age we thought that it would be really difficult for him to train. Special thanks to Nisarga and Madhavi for handling our dog really well and considering every small detail related to him. Also, the training program seemed appropriate in terms of duration and all the facilities. The videos and pictures of main sessions were shared on timely basis by the trainers. The training transfer sessions were also very well managed ensuring that we get to know each and everything that was practiced with our dog. Overall it was a great experience!!
