Fantastic experience! Best pet boarding experience in Mumbai, 10/10 would recommend Pupstop. Love their grooming services too, we are a lifelong loyalists!!
My buddy has a great time boarding here. The place is always clean and I don't worry about ticks because they insist dogs be on bravecto/nexgard. They even send me updates with videos, so I relax. The staff are friendly and patient, know what they're doing, making sure my dog feels at home. My dog needed special fish food, which they made fresh everyday. all his medicines were given on time, With Krupa and her team, I feel at ease knowing my dog is safe and happy. Buddy is definitely coming here soon.
We left our baby for the first time overnight at Wadala. She is 6 months old. Not only was she well looked after but given the extra TLC given the fact she is a baby and a small breed. Krupa has very sound advice for parents.
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE A RISK ON YOUR DOG'S LIFE BY ADMITTING YOUR DOG HERE Worst boarding ever. On 11th April 2025, I left my 7-month-old German Shepherd dog here as I went out of town for two days. They had promised to share video updates daily, which they did. On 13th April 2025, when I reached at the shop, to my surprise my dog was not excited at all, which was very strange. We did not give that much of a thought to it since it was his first time. When we reached home, he was unable to open his left eye. Upon further checking, we found his eye was completely red and there was swelling and even scratch marks on his nose. Later, his second eye also caught the infection and swelled up. We were very worried and asked the centre to check, they told us they will investigate and check the CCTV. I am following up daily, but I still have not received any concrete answer.
I've had a really tough time finding a good daycare for my Mochi because of his size. Krupa heard all my concerns and took all my feedback onboard. Her staff made sure to keep him with the calmer/older dogs and sent me video updates twice a day. He was so relaxed and happy when I picked him up. Job well done!
