I had a terrible experience at the HUFT store. I went there on April 26th, 2025, around 3:30 PM to buy a cat shampoo. I clearly told the only staff member there that I needed a shampoo specifically for cats. She recommended a product, and I trusted her advice. After using it, I found out it was actually a puppy shampoo containing sodium benzoate, which is toxic and can be fatal to cats! This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a brand that claims to care about pets. If I hadn’t checked the ingredients, my cat’s life could have been at serious risk. Clearly, the staff is not trained properly or doesn’t know the products they are selling. Extremely disappointed. I will never shop at HUFT again and would not recommend it to any responsible pet owner.

Yesterday it was the Best experience at this branch, and staff were so helpfull there was 1 lady ( Bhagyashree) and 2 boys ( Tejas,vivek) who were attending us they were very much helpfull in providing the knowledge of their product how to feed and what to give and what not to, they were helping me managing my budget with their amazing offers and did give us complimentary treat for my pet, really loved it. To be honest best then any other Branch. I would prefer to visit this branch.And they did available the veteranary food for my pet within a day, honestly what they say they do give. I would like to Thank you guys who were there to help us.🙏🏼🤗
