Really poor service they only care about the money and not your pet. I lost my pet named (whiskey) on 23rd Sept at 5am in morning after that i am constantly calling them for my deposited money, first they told i should receive it in 48 hours and then you dont get it and you have to follow up with them again and again for your own money. Also i was told at the hospital by receptionist that i will be receiving the amount of 11,111 ₹ from my 20,000₹ deposit and now the contact center is saying no you will receive only 8111 ₹ as my whiskey passed away at 5 am in the morning and they want to charge for the entire day which starts from 9am - 9am next day. I confronted this at the reception and she said okay we will refund you the bed charges as iy was charged by mistaken and everything will be refunded in 2 days and yet i haven't received it. Also they are now saying we will not refund the bed charges (3000₹). Not a good service at all they just trying to make money from my dead pet. When i took my pet to the Vetic clinic in mira road he was ill and the doctor there Mr Ashish Baloda told me there are very less chances and you should admit him immediately in andheri Vetic hospital i asked Dr Yashoda wadhwani in andheri and Dr Ashish Baloda in mira rd that if he's not going to survive through the night plz let me take him home so i can spend the last moment with him. But the doctor insist to admit him and pay 20,000 ₹ deposit at hospital. I asked them several time if you know then plz lemme know i want him to be with me and not alone at the hospital at his last moments but they asked me to leave him at hospital for atleast 3 days as they will keep him under observation. And then it happened he didn't survive i lost my kid in the morning at 5am within 9 hours and he left without me. Plz i request everyone if u love your baby dont fall for this scam they dont care about your feelings they care just about money. They charged me 2196 ₹ at Mira road vetic clinic and 11,889 ₹ in andheri Vetic hospital. They gave 50ML of glucose and injection in mira road vetic after that they cant give him anything for next 12 hours, As a middle class family it is very difficult to deposit money in short period of time still we managed to do so but eventually i lost my kid and fell for the hospital scam.
I brought my cat to Andheri Vetic clinic at 4AM from Thane due to sudden breathing problems. The X-ray showed fluid in his lungs, which required urgent intervention. During the treatment, my cat was placed on oxygen support, but the equipment used was a makeshift paper cup with a pipe, which I had to hold myself to keep it on his face. When the clinic staff attempted to proceed with a procedure, the oxygen delivery was not maintained properly. My cat panicked, and due to insufficient oxygen support during handling, he unfortunately passed away. I observed that the staff handling my cat seemed inexperienced and did not follow standard emergency protocols for a cat in respiratory distress, such as using a proper oxygen mask or securing him safely before attempting a procedure. I am sharing this experience so that other pet owners can be aware and so the clinic can review their emergency procedures and staff training. Proper equipment, calm handling, and continuous oxygen are essential in critical cases like this.
"PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTRUSTING YOUR PET HERE" I am sharing my experience so that other pet parents can make informed decisions and hopefully avoid the pain and trauma I have gone through. My dog, Lambhorgini, was admitted to this veterinary hospital on 17 December 2025 at approximately 11:00 PM. The veterinarian on duty insisted that he be admitted for “better treatment” and informed us that pet parents were not allowed to stay back in the hospital. Trusting the professional advice given, we agreed to the admission. At the time of admission, he was placed on oxygen and, while I was present, appeared to be stabilizing and recovering. At no point was I informed that his condition was critical or that his life was at immediate risk. The following morning, I was informed that he had passed away at an estimated time of 8:30 AM. What has been most distressing is not only the sudden loss of my deeply loved pet, but the lack of communication, transparency, and responsibility throughout the process. Even post-event, no clear explanation or accountability was provided by the designated veterinarian on duty at the time. As a pet parent from Singapore, I am extremely disappointed by the quality, efficiency, and professionalism experienced at this facility. Entrusting a beloved companion to a hospital should come with honest updates, proper communication, and accountability — all of which were lacking in this experience. Based on what I went through, I would strongly advise other pet parents not to entrust their pets to this facility at any given time. Pets deserve competent care and responsible medical oversight, especially during critical situations. I am sharing this review solely so that other pet parents can make an informed choice and do not experience the same heartbreak. Sakeena Thakker , pet parent of Lambhorgini
I recently visited Vetic for my pet Rockstar’s haircut and bath, and I’m really happy with the service. The staff member Harshit did an amazing job he was very professional, gentle, and caring throughout the entire session. He made sure Rockstar was comfortable and well taken care of at every step. The grooming was done perfectly, and my pet looked and felt great afterward. Highly recommend Vetic and especially Harshit for their excellent service and pet friendly approach.
Zero stars for this hospital. I admitted my 25-30 days-old kitten for a viral infection, and he was already in a critical condition. However, the doctors here did not put much effort into saving him. Both the senior and junior doctors kept saying that he had a viral infection and that his chances of survival were very low. I also observed that all the senior doctors were always in the OPD section, while only junior doctors were present in the IPD section. These junior doctors did not seem to know what treatment had been given to my pet by the previous doctors before their shift. When I went to see my pet in the evening, his condition had worsened significantly. The doctor on duty said they were trying to draw his blood for a CBC test, but no proper treatment had been provided to him at that time. When I insisted that secondary treatment be started, they finally gave him antibiotics. At my previous veterinary clinic, I was advised to give oral feeding to my kitten every two hours. However, when I informed the staff here, they simply acknowledged it but did not feed him. Instead, they said they were waiting for him to stabilize before giving oral feed, otherwise he might collapse. They also overcharged me for everything. Even very small doses of medicine cost ₹800. When I asked the receptionist about this, she was rude and disrespectful. She said they were charging only for the doses given, even though my kitten required only a 0.5 ml dose, and that the rest of the medicine is used for multiple patients, not just my kitten. I am attaching the invoice for reference, as well as the bill from my previous hospital, so the difference can be clearly seen. If you truly want to save your pet, do not bring them here. They seem more focused on making money from sick animals. The doctors also indirectly suggest that your pet is not going to survive. My experience with this hospital was extremely bad.
