L ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at this clinic in Worli. My cat received the best possible care from Dr. Abigale, who is exceptionally compassionate and skilled. Under her treatment, my cat has made a wonderful recovery. The entire clinic is well-run, spotless, and staffed by a warm, caring team. Truly one of the best vet clinics in the city — highly recommended!

I hate this clinic. I recommend you all not to visit this clinic at all. They only know to kill animals and earn money by giving them various medicines. I lost my 50 days puppy on 12 July. I visited the clinic yesterday at 7.30 pm and she was suffering from diaherrea since last 5 days and she wasn't vomiting at all. We gave her some medicines orally which was fine and made her improved. That day she only did once the diarrhea and we thought to visit the clinic that evening to cure her as soon as possible and unfortunately we visited the worst place ever. First they did her parvovirus test which was ok we thought that it would be some kind of formalities to check whether she is fine or not but then her report was negative . After that they took her inside the cabin and everything was just secretly done inside the cabin. All could I was able to hear her loud whining and crying voice from inside. They don't allow pet owners to be present with their pets inside the cabin. The dr name Manali asked us to check for blood test and she told to have the IV(injection) the medicines which we were giving her orally and I don't even know what kind of IV they gave that after coming out of the cabin she was totally collapsing and fainting at home. They told us to admit her and they only talked us about the amount and charges. We didn't agreed to admit her b'coz we leave near by so after coming outside the cabin she started vomiting continuously and she was not even able to stand and walk. They did not told us prior that after giving IV she would also die and will also start vomiting. My puppy was totally fine but they made her too weak that she also had blood loss in her diaherrea and unfortunately today morning she left her soul. Crown Vet Clinic is the most greedy clinic and only wants to earn instead of saving animals. After the checkup and IV they increased the amount of the bill. Today I called at the clinic to know the reason that what was in the IV that she died and the dr Manali wasn't accepting her mistake that she gave her over dose. Dr Manali injected the medicines on her neck and due to which maybe the medicine affected on her brain. The pet owners are waiting outside the cabin hoping about their loved ones, their pets would cure and become healthy but they aren't trust worthy at all Today it happened and affected our family and I don't want this to be happen in another family. If you want to visit then pls take at your own risk if you truly love your pets and also go inside the cabin with the doctors to have a look what they do with your pets. From my personal experience I would suggest not to visit this clinic at any cost.

My experince with crown vet is very bad. My dog ( a 3 year old male golden ) has suffered a lot becasue of that clinic. To rewiew his case, he suffered from mild gastointerstinal disease and tick fever. Firstly, when I took my dog there, I found it way to expensive, but as I can affoerd it, its fine until they treat my furry friend, isnt it? Guess what, they dont do that either. My K9, in the span of 2-3 months is required to stay and be admitted in the hospital for 3 to 4 times along with multiple visits and blood tests just because the coundnt ( or dint want to ) recgonise the problem. Heres the cons ( serious problems I discovered ) with the hospital and would like to share the same so you dont have to see your best friend suffer : ^Doctors there are highly imcopetent. Some doctors would not know about his case, still take the consultation and give advice completly opposite of whats given erlier { litterally harmful and illetrate advice }. ^They dont let u see the treatment process... would just take ur dog away and addminister them any medicine they like. No humans allowed. ^ They would administer unnessary medications and injections [ which I proclaim unnessary by the opinon of other real doctor ] which would not only be there just to burn a hole in ur pocket but also reduce the lifespan of ur canine by reducing immunity and unnessarly bombarding liver with pills. ^When asked for previous medical reports { because my dog has been suffering for a lng time and they cant do anything but call him in for a few days, say he is fine, and then call him in because the dog is sick again } they claim they cant ( or are not allowed to provide it ) .... What will the other doctor refer to ? To conclude ... its not a place that will make ur dog better... because they just want money and can drop thier standerds to a profoudly deep level for that. They will keep the dog sick... maybe never cure it fully ... for u to bring ur furry friend back there. Its not a hospital, but a bussness ensuring repeat custumers at any cost. No doctor enticity. Just save ur furry friends beause there are people there taking advantage of ur emotional attachment to them, for ur money, at thier cost. PS, Joy ( my golden ) if fine now that I have decided to change my doctor ... my dog is doing well and is happy again. Hope u choose wisely.
