I have been a customer since they started their shop at Mira Rd. My Cat Rusty resisted and was aggressive for around 6months during the nail cutting session, then he calmed down. It would take long time and needed 3-4 people at times to handle him. However the staff was very professional and handled the situation in a very calm manner. He gets scared of the dryer used there and the staff always ensures that it's not turned on when my cat visits. It's been over 4 years now and my cat is very comfortable with them now. It needs to be done every month consistently and I can see the result. My cat calms down a lot after nail cutting. You need to take an appointment before visiting (Monday closed) and they provide a number of grooming services for a variety of pets. They also started day care & boarding recently.

The staff is very polite and amazing. They offer excellent grooming services at affordable prices definitely a must-visit. This was my pet’s first spa experience, and my baby was enjoying it and looked happy throughout. I highly recommend this pet grooming salon. They also provide helpful guidance on what’s best for pets, which I really appreciated as a pet parent. I’m very satisfied with their service. 🐾✨
