One of the top fraudster. They 65k from us and said its a toy poodle. Later on weekends came to know its mix breed of maltese and some other dog. Even he didn't provided the documents of the dog. We have been following up from the day we bought her to our house. Not responding calls Extremely worst service by Mr. Vaibhav. Dont refer these people to any 1.

Very happy with the puppy but very unhappy with the service given by Vaibhav. I dont know how much this will affect people but everyone should be aware that this place is not authentic as they say. We got a cocker spaniel we definitely fell in love but that is only because of those puppy eyes. Vaibhav did not provide us with valid vaccine certificate. Took money from us for the vaccine and didnt even provide us a certificate with genuine stamp from the vet so we dont know if the puppy is actually vaccinated or not. According to them they got the vaccine done by some LSA in wai. My vet calls him a compounder who is not allowed to give vaccines without a proper registration number and stamp. Most importantly the puppy had fungal infection all over and vaibhav called it as dandruff which will go away soon. Only to give a beautiful life to this pup we accepted everything because we dont know how badly they keep these puppies before finding a beautiful house for them. Vaibhav (petbarm) if ul want to do business sure go ahead but take care of these puppies before hand because when they are so small that’s when they need most care.

Thank you PetsBarn for adding happiness and unlimited laughter in our lives. A year ago, we got a Beagle puppy from PetsBarn and named her Zoey. Staff at PetsBarn are extremely cautious about explaining every detail from handling, grooming and food for the puppy. While we had gone to enquire, there was a 30 day old puppy who was waiting to join it's human family and seeing this cute puppy, I wanted to touch it, however staff at PetsBarn were extremely cautious and requested me to not touch as the baby can catch infection and they have strict rules that they do not allow other families to touch the pets. While handing over Zoey to us, who was 40 days old then, we were asked to get Zoey examined by our Vet and if we are not convinced, we can choose another one. We were guided and advised about products and medicines that we should definitely buy till the baby turns 6 months and it exactly matched with what the Vet has prescribed. I would recommend you to choose PetsBarn if you are first time pet parent and would like to be guided at every step.
