Initially the staff was good and their delivery facility was all good. But when they think that this particular customer is gonna be their permanent customer that's when all the tantrum starts. They start taking their customers for granted. Initially I faced no problems with their products or their delivery facility. But now I'm really disappointed in them. I personally would go down to their shop and place order and also would make complete payment and expect that it would reach at least in next 2-3 hours but I receive my orders in the late evenings or at night around 10.30pm or 11pm that too after several follow ups. Every time that I call to check up on the delivery status they would always lie saying that the delivery boy's on his way. Now that this has been happening frequently for the last 6-7 months I guess it's time I change the shop only.
