Context: Dr Amol is nothing but a money making machine, where he takes advantage of the pet parents situation! And all these positive reviews are paid and rigged. Okay, so I have been going to this clinic since the past 4 years, I’ve been here twice or thrice only and have gotten my cats treated previously by Pooja Bhalekar here and mind you she was the sweetest vet I have ever met! My cats were literally dying and she not just helped save my cat but also calmed me down. But but but, the story with Dr Amol has been pretty different. Today I visited the clinic with my cat, she has been not eating since yesterday evening. They checked her temp and it was normal (to their disappointment). My cat has always been a skinny cat since birth, Amol said you should do a complete body blood test to check if she’s fine, and it would cost 3000 rs, I denied the same because I did have the money and every time their solution to everything is a blood test which is the most expensive thing in their ‘menu’. After that he started talking super rudely! Then I started asking a few questions like why is she not eating etc, and instead of answering my questions he constantly kept saying that blood test karwado blood test karwao. Kuch hojaega to Meri responsibility nhi hai etc etc. He did not give me proper medicines. He infact said, that my cat might ‘collapse’ tomorrow, no context as to why. He used saline for my cat and I don’t know what he put in the saline, when I asked him he said it’s ‘vitamins’. I’m posting this today, and I swear if anything happens to my cat he will be responsible, since he did not give any diagnosis or any answer to any of my questions whatsoever!

I am writing this review with a broken heart. I took my two kittens, Daisy and Kiyo, to this clinic hoping for care, compassion, and professional treatment. What I experienced instead was extreme negligence, lack of empathy, and very questionable medical handling. Both kittens were critically ill, yet they were repeatedly injected within very short intervals, with poor vein handling. The staff struggled to find veins, poked multiple times, removed needles, tried again, causing visible pain and distress to already weak animals. In some cases, fluids were attempted even when the IV line was clearly not placed correctly. There was no clear explanation, no proper communication about risks, no warning about prognosis other than vague statements. The focus felt rushed and mechanical, not compassionate. It felt like the priority was injections and billing, not the suffering of the animals. Within hours of repeated dosing and stressful handling, both Daisy and Kiyo passed away. I will carry this trauma for life. I am not saying animals can always be saved — but they deserve dignity, careful handling, and honest medical judgment, not trial-and-error injections on fragile bodies. This clinic seriously needs: Better critical-care protocols Proper IV handling skills Clear communication with pet parents More compassion and less commercial attitude I would strongly warn other pet parents to think twice before trusting this clinic with critical cases. My pets trusted me. I trusted this clinic. Both trusts were broken

had a wonderful experience at this bet clinic. The doctors and staff treated my cat with so much care and patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my cat was comfortable throughout the treatment. It’s obvious that they truly love animals and are very knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease leaving my pet in their hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary clinic!
