They scare you with your pets health. For a simple acidity they made us do all the blood tests,xray , monographs and made a bill of 7400. And then prescribed Pan 40 as a medicine. They can't even figure out thus small thing.

Very bad experience . I took my cat to them for glaucoma . Dr. Deep Vasudev wasn’t there hence the other doctor checked her. He couldn’t take the eye pressure properly caus she didn’t know how to operate the machine. Her eye hasn’t healed probably got worse . So sad they play with lives like this . Horrible horrible clinic . Please don’t take your pets here. The doctor didn’t know how to examine the cat . The eye pressure machine got stuck in her lower eyelid. You guys better not give me any explanation for this , cause you are pathetic at what you do . Dr . Deep you should take notice of this

The way they handled things left me feeling unheard and worried about my pet's care. They seemed more focused on brushing off concerns than understanding the situation. I was expecting compassion and clear communication, but got excuses instead. It's tough when you feel like your pet's well-being isn't being taken seriously. Wouldnt recommend any pet parent to visit this clinic. They are a money making racket. I was shocked when i took a second opinion for my pet and I noticed that from april 2025 I was being fooled. Forget being fooled they risking our babies. If you truly love your pet dont even dream to take them to petzone. I think a municipal hospital will hve more clarity on what's wrong with the pet and what they are put up. I would have given them negative stars if it was an option. They give esr and reports only when u request and call 100 times. They charge you for sonography and xray but never give u the reports. Their esr is vage and when you continously follow up they dont even come on line to answer your quieries. I have proof of everything i am writting. They play with the life of beings who cant even speak. Horrible experience. Good I took the risk of shifting my baby to another clinic even in critical condition which saved his life. Touchwood. Kindly do not recommend Petzone to anyone.

I don’t trust PetZone clnic and I will not recommend other pet parents too. My pet was sick from last 2 months she had some issues with platelets and white cells. Other Vet from Prabhadevi Mumbai Pet store suggested us to get my pet admitted here at PetZone as her Platelets were very low. We trusted them and we got a required treatment done (x-rays, injections, medicines) after 20 days my pet again got sick and she couldn’t walk properly and we noticed some nodes on her body so we went straight to PetZone to consult them, we did all the test and at the end they said it might be cancer symptoms and they got PET scan reports done after the reports they declared that it was lymphoma cancer 3rd stage which was so stocking for us. We had a google meet with doctor and she DECLARED its 100% cancer and explained us about the next process. They told us that they will Biopsy test which was 20k and then they will start the further process. We wanted to take a 2nd opinion and we went to Cancer Hospital (animal) we showed them all the reports to vet (oncologist) after doing 2 test they said that she doesn’t has cancer. It was such a scam of making money from PETZone. How can you give fake information to anyone? PETZone is the place were they just focus on making money.

We arrived in India four years ago. From the very beginning we had the most professional support and veterinary care at the PetZone (now MaxPetz) clinic Mahalaxmi. This included providing us contact to the Quarantine Centre to bring our four elderly cats to India and now guiding us through bringing them back to Italy. Therefore, we would like to thank Dr. Deep and Dr. Nirali. But above all, we would like to thank them for having taken care of our cats with the best veterinary knowledge and professionality treating successfully every issue they had, such as eye and joints issues (Iphigenie), diarrhoea (Nefertiti), skin infection (Felix). A particularly huge thanks to Dr. Deep and Dr. Nirali for treating Nathan’s diabetes. They managed to put under control his disease and stabilize him allowing him to have a normal life with insulin and the right food. And now, as we are leaving, they also prepared Nathan for the long flight back researching the right time to give him his insulin shots according to the high stress he is going to have during the flight and maintaining his glucose level under control. Because of his diabetes we had to frequently hospitalize Nathan which would normally be a stress for a pet cat. But Nathan found his best friends in the clinic and didn’t suffer at all. So, we would like to thank all the vets who were there 24 hours daily and took care in the best way of our Nathan also sending us pictures and videos of him (and once also of Nefertiti). A huge thanks to Dr. Arjun, Dr. Praiyot, Dr. Prasad, Dr. Vishwatej, Dr. Aishwarya - and we hope to have cited them all (sorry if we forgot some of them). Thanks to ALL. Thanks to all the helpers and cleaners. Thanks also to all the other staff of the clinic, receptionists and the personal of the annexed pharmacy. Last but not least we are very grateful to Dr. Deep and Dr. Nirali for their patience (particularly with our “special” cat Felix), for their kindness and the way they dealt with our cats taking time to build a confident relationship with them.
