We had to travel for an extended period recently and after a lot of searching for a good pet boarding facility, we chose Smokey & Charlie. I am happy to report that our boy, Coco, had a wonderful stay. The team took everything into account - diet, medications, personal preferences, social behaviour. The home-like atmosphere that the team at Smokey & Charlie has created is truly amazing and comforting to both pets and pet parents. Every aspect seems to be well thought out. The team took great care to make accommodations for our pet and his preferences. The team stayed in touch with us regularly sending us updates throughout the day. To "Feel safe" Is what most pets look for when they are away from their home and Smokey & Charlie made our pet Mikey feel so safe, loved, and well taken care of. They send bi hourly updates as pics and videos on activities of your pet and put the paw parent so much as ease. The in house vets Dr Nidhi and Dr Pooja are such warm and understanding people and so are the dog companions who are constantly taking care of the pets and keeping them engaged. The whole space is big, dry, clean with furniture for the pets, gym, cafe ,sleeping rooms and saloon area. The per day cost might seem a little on the higher side but the way our pets are taken care of on all aspects, the cost then seems logical. 5 stars and above for the entire team. THANK YOU.

Best place to leave your furry tale when you are off its truly awesome for your pets and the way the team of Smokey & Charlie understood my dog sunny and made him comfortable was really great! They understand the pet and its needs They keep the owner updated with the meal details , photos and videos and other small details They are professional, They keep the pets in hygiene conditions Great place, caring staff and a large play area. And pets are pampered with their favourite meals , I can say that I found a perfect stay for my pet I am stress free as Smokey & Charlie is there to take care of my baby just like a baby This place is the best boarding facility in mumbai. I kept my dog Myrah at Smokey & Charlie for 10 days when I had to travel abroad. Hands down the best pet boarding facility in Mumbai 💯. I started looking for places 2 months in advance and was consistently dissatisfied with the quality of other facilities due to poor hygiene and staff. But when I visited Smokey & Charlie for a test stay, I was highly impressed with the spacious rooms for every individual pet, a dedicated staff member and wide open play area. My dog required daily medication due an existing medical condition and Dr. Vikram provided daily updates on her dosage being administered, regular morning walks, playtime in the room and outside, socialising with a companion dog, cleaning and wiping fur after walk. They also go as far as to make personalised fresh meals to replicate your pet’s home feeding schedule and diet. This was the only place I was satisfied with and would highly recommend it to any pet parent looking for a boarding facility for their pet while travelling. They also offer convenient pick-up/drop service at reasonable rates. Also quick to update on any behavioural changes in your pet and answer promptly for video calls. This is the only facility I would trust to back to again. Myrah did not have any digestive issues, scratches or ticks after coming back home which proves the staff took care of her really well and provided her the best treatment possible. Smokey & Charlie is so cool. Love their genuine passion, keen eye for detail and commitment to process. Our 4 year old Indie is a fussy eater and is a reserved character. The team took very good care of her, and were patient and diligent. The space is clean, spacious and a breath of fresh air in a congested city. Dogs get their own rooms, and socialization is not forced. The perfect pet boarding option in Bombay.
