Great service! Genuine products, timely delivery, and good discounts. However, one thing I didn’t like is the delivery charge, even for orders of ₹1000 and above. It feels like half the discount gets offset by the delivery fee. They should at least offer free delivery for orders above ₹500.

I have been ordering online cat food from past 5 years. *Amit Pawar* is very punctual in taking orders and delivering it on time. On Monday 18th Aug 25, I was running short of Cat food. I requested Amit Pawar to send it on Tuesday 19th Aug, 25. It was raining heavily and water logging in my area and all around. I would like to Thank *Amit Pawar* and the delivery person *Pradeep Kadam* for delivering the food in the bad weather on Tuesday. Many thanks to Shake Hand and its team.
