Horrible management, takes weeks to get an appointment for a nail trimming session and even when you do they don’t let you come in and cancel the appointment last minute when you reach the store. Never going in again. There are better and more cost efficient groomers in the area.

I took my dog for grooming there and the process was hassle free . They give you a tab to check the entire process of grooming. They do have transparency which I liked the most.
