Posh Pets – Luxury Pet Grooming Spa & Pet Store in Bandra West Mumbai

Very bad experience from "Posh Pets" I inquired about a particular breed of dog "Old English Mastiff" for my family, to which the owner of the store Dhaval told me he could get. Ive had many English Mastiffs in the past and have learnt many lessons with this particular breed, they are the best of family dogs with a very beautiful nature. But its also very important to have the pedigree paper work with blood lines ect, to which i was assured by Dhaval i would have in 6 months to a year so i purchased the puppy on this owners word and receipt which shows i paid for pedigree papers . After 6 months i inquired about the paper work, to which i was advised its still coming, after a year again i was advised the paper work is still coming. I got a large array of excuses with a lot of contradicting answers. With the first saying he has spoken with the breeder from which he acquired the dog and the papers were on the way. Then was told the breeder was not answering the phone., I was further advised that he has friends in the area of where this breeder resides and that they are looking for the breeder as he does not know how to contact him. After 2 years of excuses i requested the breeders number to which he would not give. Ive then advised Posh Pets that i would take them to court for failing to provide the service they assured. Eventually I was given the name and number of the Dog breeder. I called the number of the person and yes the phone number was not connecting, however he was not difficult to find as he and his business are over the internet and on facebook with contact details of the business ect. As it turns out this person is a very well renowned and respected dog breeder. Ive contacted him and basically hes advised me that he has not sold any puppies to anyone by the name of Posh Pets in Bandra. He also requested photos of my dog as a puppy and explained this was not one of his and he sent me photos of his dogs and puppies ect. Posh Pets could not give an answer to this and basically said they could organize FAKE papers for me. I declined this offer. Posh Pets would not refund the purchase price of the dog, and with out the papers the value of the dog is nil, he cant be breed with other English Mastiffs because i have no proof that he is a pedigree and more importantly I cannot take him to my home country New Zealand because again i cannot prove as to what kind of dog he is and that he is not on the dangerous dogs list. So if i want to move back to my home country, i HAVE TO GIVE AWAY MY BEST FRIEND, all this because POSH PETS could not deliver what it was they said they would do. If you ask them about this incident im sure they will come up with a million excuses, however please feel free to contact me as i have our complete conversation from the time i bought our dog up until current date on whatsapp as well as audio. Which i will gladly share with anyone. So in my opinion Ive been lied to and cheated out of a lot of Money while this person sits back and lies and cheats. Not a good way to do business. Please beware. Yes after 2 years the money for the dogs papers were refunded, 2 YEARS!!!, however that does not cover the original price of the dog which was around 80K and as any dog owner or pet shop owner should know if you dont have pedigree papers for your dog then your dog is not a pedigree. Bad business on your behalf Dhaval and Posh Pets and just because you were CHEATED that DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO CHEAT PAYING CUSTOMERS. Also good to see in previous reviews another person has the same complaint. I think that should tell you and potential customers somthing.

Their establishment is kept very clean. Their groomers are not so pet loving in my observation, but good enough for bathing and grooming. Stocked up with all the basic needs. Car Parking could be a challenge, since the lane is cramped up.

Amazing experience. I had cat with lots of knots in her coat, the staff spent enough time trimming it with patience. Staff: Sweet, Helping and care for pets. Shop: Bright, loaded with colors, stocked with all possible items for Dogs& Cats. Service: Highly Appreciated. Price: Best price offered in Bandra, with quality Job.

Amazing grooming for my long-coat dog. They handled the tangles without discomfort and the trim was perfect. Highly recommended in Mumbai.

My dog Shiro absolutely loves going there — he always comes back happy and well-groomed. Everything about this place is just perfect! Highly recommend it to all pet parents. 🐾✨
