Terrible experience. While boarding quoted one amount clearly, then while picking up the cats, charged extra and refused to give back the cats. Shouted on us and talked very rudely. Super bad attitude won't recommend

HOP is a haven for paw parents ..hands down!!! Run by my dear friend Sangeeta and her amazing staff.. my shy girl Tikli had a super comfortable and loving care. Staff is meticulous with their round the clock care and attention.. Personalized care towards furbabies is a given with Sangeeta and her team...CCTV access is given to check on your babies and the Team is also kind enough to let you come on video call with your lovelies ☺️❤️ The place is kept clean and well equipped to keep our furbabies fully comfortable and beautifully taken care of.. i'm to have a dear friend running this place with no worry on my mind about my girl's care..fully recommend 🙌🏽👍🏽

HOP is an amazing and a super safe space for doggos and cattos. Sangeeta and her staff did a stellar job of taking care of my kitties during their stay there. Personal attention was provided with great care and the needs of animals are always HOP's top priority. I full recommend this place to let your pets stay without worry, in your absence.
