The hair cut is pathetic - bald patches , uneven hair everywhere and a very very poor job done overall. My super cute pup is made to look like a joker with zero style. It’s a horrible experience, we have to wait for his hair to grow back to get it styled from an actual professional with proper experience 3 over all absolutely bad exp . The lady is polite but the job is pathetic blaming the puppy moving and taking his tongue out therefore she could cut properly which I find to be such a poor excuse . Very badly handled . Pls go to a professional place if you have a good looking dog - this place will make a complete mess !

We had very good experienced at place. Specialy the staff is very excellent at service they provide. They understand your pets. We had took our two shitzu for groming. Result was superb. They take proper care and handel pet very well.

The team is professional, loving, and truly passionate about what they do. Coco always comes back happy, clean, and perfectly groomed. I feel completely at ease leaving him there because I know he’s in safe, caring hands. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely treats your pet like family, this is it. Highly recommended!
