I had rescued a cat and I needed urgent grooming services. These guys accommodated me last minute on Saturday evening. Right at their closing time. Only because they wanted her to go to her new Home nice,clean,smelling wonderful and looking like a million bucks 😍 Shout out to Namrata & Shimon. Both of them are great at handling pets and did a fine job. Great energy. Great Hospitality👍👍
My cat Oscar is very aggressive around groomers and so I was very nervous when I entered. But their team is amazing!!! They ensured Oscar would remain calm the entire time, he even let them cut his nails without a single hiss! Bring your pet to Furry Tales for their grooming without any concern whatsoever. Amazing place. They have everything and can arrange if required. Even the groomer is very patient and very careful. My 7months shihtzu had a lot of matting and she gave 3 hours of very dedicated and premium service keeping my baby as comfortable as possible. Extremely happy with their service and stock.
“Furry Tales Pet Store is a nice place for pet parents. Went there to buy car for, they offer good options right from 110/kg to the courier ones. They have good options of pet food, treats and other essentials. The variety is impressive, covering both everyday needs and a few premium choices. Staff are polite and willing to guide if you’re confused about what to pick. Prices are fair and the store is neatly maintained. They offer discount on purchases over 500. There are cute cats roaming in the shop, one of them is very talkative 😄😄 Only thing is it's tucked into building in the corner. So difficult to trace in one go. My situation to the owner to make at luminated banner at the building perimetry for quickly attract consumers
Took my two babies to furry tales for their first grooming session. Both the groomers were very knowledgeable and affectionate. Handled my kittens like their own babies. Answered all my queries. Highly recommended
